Architect: Rice Fergus Miller

In April 2008 we completed the new wood framed 10,240 square foot Fire Station 6-7 for Central Pierce Fire & Rescue, together with associated site and utility improvements, located at 80th & Canyon in Puyallup.  The existing station and fire fighting training center on site remained operational during construction.  This was a public works project with Washington State Prevailing Wage Rates and Certified Payroll requirements. It also included critical buffer setback requirements for a seasonal stream, Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) Requirements, Inspections, Testing and Reporting.
