Our growth over that time is the direct result of the culture established by Doug Shinstine when he founded Shinstine Construction in 1965.

Doug started with building custom homes. He then moved into commercial work both bidding on public construction and negotiated private projects. His core group eventually joined him as partners in the company, and in 1999 it was renamed Shinstine/Assoc. LLC.

After years of guiding the company, both Doug and Morgan Shinstine retired in 2014. The following year, the remaining partners renamed the company SCF General Contractors, LLC.
